About me

Originally from South Africa, I have been living in the UK for more than 17 years.

I have been practising as a psychotherapeutic counsellor since 2013. Before working as a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I worked in IT and understand the pressures of working in a corporate environment and the related issues resulting in stress, performance anxiety and in personal life.
