Originally from South Africa, I have been living in the UK for more than 15 years.
I have been practising as a counsellor since 2012. Before working as a counsellor, I worked in Information Technology (IT) and understand the pressures of working in a corporate environment and the related issues resulting in stress, performance anxiety and in personal life.
My psychotherapeutic counselling training lasted five years and I trained at the Metanoia Institute, Ealing, London. I hold a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis, Middlesex University, London. I am also a member of the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA), the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) and the Metanoia Institute.
I have previously worked with clients at the Metanoia Counselling Psychotherapy Service (MCPS) and Wimbledon Guild Counselling Service (WGCS).
