About me

I have a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling. A Post Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Studies and I completed a four year taught course in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at MSc level. I trained at the Metanoia Institute, Ealing London, UK. My psychotherapeutic counselling training lasted five years.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) registration number 376997 and abide by their ethical framework.

I am also a member of the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA), the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) and the Metanoia Institute.

I have also previously worked with clients at the Metanoia Counselling Psychotherapy Service (MCPS) and Wimbledon Guild Counselling Service (WGCS).

I have experience working at an NHS Psychiatric Hospital (acute wards) as part of a multidisciplinary team providing complex care.


I currently work in collaboration with Duty to Care to support NHS healthcare professionals.

I attend regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops to keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date.

I meet regularly with a clinical supervisor.
